краткосрочное обязательство с плавающим процентом
Еврооблигация (еиrоbond) с плавающей ставкой процента (floating rate interest), как правило привязанной к лондонской ставке предложения по межбанковским депозитам (London Inter Bank Offered Rate). Они впервые появились в 1970-е гг., имеют сроки погашения от 5 до 15 лет и обычно выпускаются в форме обращающихся/переуступаемых облигаций на предъявителя. Бессрочное краткосрочное обязательство с изменяющимся процентом (perpetual FRN) не подлежит погашению, т.е. изымается из обращения (has no redemption).
